Potato Basket Recipe
Ingredients : 1 pint mashed hot potato; 2 egg yolks, tea-spoonful salt, dash
white pepper, teaspoonful each parsley and onion juice, generous
pinch celery salt.
Make baskets of 2 table-spoons of mixture;
brush with egg; brown in oven; fill up with boiled button radishes
seasoned nicely with salt, butter, and white pepper. Arrange green parsley
over the handle of the basket.
