Boiled Bass Fish Recipe
After thoroughly cleaning the bass fish place in a saucepan with enough water
to cover it; add 2 table spoonfuls of salt; set the saucepan
on the stove, and when it has boiled about 5 minutes try
to pull out one of the fins; if it loosens easily from the body
carefully take the fish out of the water, set it on a platter, surround
it with six hard boiled eggs, and serve it with a sauce.
Bluefish can also be cooked this way.
